Korean PSY is heading toward European Country now



Gangnam Style fever does not show a sign of slowing down.

As of September 19, PSY’s ”Gangnam Style” music video has hit 200 million views, continuing to take the center stage on YouTube.

PSY, who has had a crammed schedule after attending the 2012 MTV Music Awards, made guest appearances at some popular programs such as NBC’s Today Show, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, and SNL. After the shows aired, Gangnam Style, with lyrics in Korean, won the top honor on the iTunes’ Top Songs Charts of 18 countries including America’s. As of September 18, PSY’s “Gangnam Style” secures his top place, beating Taylor Swift and Maroon 5.

On September 18, PSY performed a horse-riding flash mob together with crowds of press and hundreds of local fans during an interview with Extra TV, proving his skyrocketing popularity.

PSY is scheduled to take the stage of the iHeartRadio Music Festival, along with Rihanna and Usher to cry for ”Gangnam Style” on October 21. Also, he has been nominated for the 2012 MTV Europe Music Awards in the Best Video category.

PSY was introduced as a singer who had been only recognized in Korea for the past ten years but now is becoming a global sensation with his rising song ”Gangnam Style.”
